Hello Sugar Lovers!
So I thought it would be fun to review something that’s quick and easy for people on the go. If you follow my facebook page you will see that I decided to try a Minute Muffin by Snack Simple.
So basically you prep by filling the cup up to the line on the inside with water.
This seemed easy enough right? …ohhh no not for Ashley apparently. The water just sort of stayed on top of the mix.
I stirred it around for a bit and eventually it evened out.
Once you have stirred it up just pop it into the microwave for 60 seconds. I put mine in a little longer because it really didn’t rise that much. I stopped at like 1 minute and about 20 seconds. I didn’t really want muffin explosion in my microwave.
It tasted ok …a bit mushy but I am sure I just did it wrong or something. I mean like…it’s me so let’s take that into account. I think it would be cheaper to make muffins but I love the idea. Simple and easy. I would still give it a try.
